Stage span wasn’t affected by PSO2 Meseta difficulty. The stages had semi-randomized designs (not created randomly, but picked from a pool of potential map variations each playthrough). Ultimate Difficulty was the difficulty with modifications. Enemies gained distinct looks and behaviors (movement and attack rate fluctuations, new/different abilities, etc). Other than that, Traditional + Difficult + Really Hard were functionally identical but with enemies and loot tables that are different. Ultimate slightly altered the amounts visually, but nothing significant. Is that Forest Ultimate was always with a remarkably beautiful orange glow put on the level at sunset.
Phantasy Star Online 2 is an enigma that genuinely puzzles me. I am shocked. Not just that it took Sega eight years to finally bring it outside of Japan and SEA despite the relative success of PSO and PSU in the Western economy, but Microsoft of all publishers paid from the ass to get a timed exclusive launching of an eight year-old Japan exclusive for the Xbox One – a console that flopped so hard that the PS4 has outsold it by two to 1. I will admit, a lot of people have been waiting for Phantasy Star Online 2 so I could kinda see why Microsoft are trying to get some points. The SEA model lasted a mere four decades by comparison, was missing years worth of content upgrades, was badly translated and also maintained by Playpark. However, this ship sailed years ago. Anyone who wanted to play Phantasy Star Online 2 already established themselves, downloaded a fan patch and could have only enrolled on the website of the Japanese version.
Look around in the subs. People went crazy for the beta and crashed the servers. In terms of Microsoft being the ones to do it, many Sega fans still find the Xbox since the successor of the Dreamcast. Sega gave the OG Xbox many fantastic exclusives such as Panzer Dragoon Orta Gunvalkyrie, and so on, and they stuck with Xbox. It is silly, but there is an adequate discussion of Sega fans who are faithful to Microsoft.The longer they wait to put this on PC the greater the likelyhood it will fail there. Together with New World and Graymoor around the horizon soon this almost 10 year old delayed game wont stand a chance the more they maintain off.It’s F2P, and both of those games don’t fill the identical niche as PSO2 so they are not direct competitors. What makes you believe people won’t only play three? Each 3 is a lot to ask of someone. Many people play one MMO at a time. Individuals who’d have at least tried this will be inclined to check at it once they are distracted by a brand new eso expansion or new universe once it hits. PSO2 is outdated. And its really going to jive already with individuals who have nostalgia for PSO. People have waited waaaaay too long. Also the brand new xbox comes out this year nobody is buying at the moment. It is only a further delay that is pointless.
Lol the two are not even equal. Pso2 is old, BDO came outside in normal korean fashion. Ping mattered in BDO, it will not in PSO. BDO didn’t censor nor require nonexistent requirements along with a microsoft account to play for no reason. BDO did not have a enthusiast translation group translating everything and as soon as it published, PSO does will. Who knows, I might be wrong but it feels like Microsoft/SEGA are putting Phantasy Star Online 2 up to buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta neglect in the west. Seems like SEGA got tired of idiots wanting them to vent it (if they had all of the tools given to them to perform ) and are ultimately using this as an excuse never to fetch yet another mmo over here when it fails.
