PSOs been fairly popular in the West. We have gotten effectively everything that Japan has, PSO2 is the sole exception. There is still plenty of PSO2 Meseta players on the English blocks, though the game is old information. My only worry is that everybody will just stick to JP servers, or is over it and who wanted to play had. I don’t wish to see that the servers fade out. For P2W, I am not really sure. There did not appear to be anything overt, however, the translation problems always wind up discouraging me by playing so that I do not know if there is something which ends up being P2W. From what I could tell all the stuff you needed to make just like in the games. I can not see them making it worse to the West, because we’re the stuff.
It is only P2W from the feeling that you are able to sell the makeup to other players to meseta, which might cause some backlash? See the Archeage release for example. Though by blocking that, it would then indicate that non-paying players can’t get the bulk of cosmetics without paying, and makeup is a pretty big section of an arcade game in this way. So it will not make much difference anyway granted, any sport with a participant trading system will result from RMT and gold bots.
PSO2 has a restricted player trading system, in exactly what you may trade and that there are a few huge limits how much. You need trade lol to be initiated by VIP. Trading is largely done through player shops, which can be more of an auction house kind of system. RMT would subsequently be carried out by listing a product with an absurdly specific price and using the gold farmer purchase that stated item.
Cosmetic things being sold for ingame currency by other gamers is a mixed bag for me personally since I have seen the same clinic on a game called Mabinogi. I am not sure how it’s today but when I last played (back when guns were released) the cost of cosmetic items skyrocketed and triggered an inflation that made even ordinary items found readily in the game leap in cost. When the game first started using a million gold was a landmark, once I quit it was anticipated to cheap Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta have it by the time you leave the area.
